Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Friday will be processed by 7:00 am the following Monday.

After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
After 2 hours, our order will enter the packing process.

For items purchased on Americashoppingmall.com, you have the right to return them within 7 natural days from the date of receipt.

(2) Mosaic Art Set products are supported for return or exchange within 7 natural days after signing.
(3) Mosaic Art Set should be in new condition.
(4) Returns of Mosaic Art Set products can also be arranged if there are non-man-made quality problems ( such as broken, worn, missing components, etc.) before using of the product.
(5) The original label and outer packaging of the product should be intact,

If the return is due to personal reasons (such as don’t like it, don’t want it, etc.), the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
